The creation of a two storey office within an existing mews building in Marylebone, London.

The ground floor to consists of crittall meeting rooms, client waiting area and a bespoke teams Tea point. A new timber floor has been installed throughout this level and new lighting installed for both ambiance and practicality. A new AC system has been commissioned and a fingerprint entry system to enhance security.

The first floor is a carpeted office with desking. Two soundproofed crittall units to allow for privacy for the directors whilst still being a part of the office environment. New lighting, power & data has been installed and a full refurbishment of the existing stable doors on both levels, including casting of hinges to match originals retaining the authenticity of the space.
