Boatman’s House Marketing Suite

A Marketing Suite for their nearby Boatman’s House Development of 108 apartments.
Atrium built The Marketing Suite in it’s entirety in a very short programme time, from the initial pouring of the concrete slab to the final turning of the key at handover. The structure is timber framed, built on site, dry lined internally and clad externally in external high grade plywood with a decorated finish. The roof of the structure is a flat roof construction with an applied liquid weatherproof membrane.
Internally the space was divided in to the Marketing Suite Office and a one bedroom Show Apartment, finished to a very high spec to reflect the appearance and finishes in the main build. Atrium along with our expert sub contractors carried out all aspects of the build, which included floors and their finishes, electrics, dry lining and suspended MF ceilings, plumbing, AC works, glazing, external decking and metalworks (railings), all decorations internally and externally, including tiling
We worked very closely with the architect and designers to overcome challenges and to achieve their visions, coming up with countless solutions to all given queries. So much so that some of our design solutions have been incorporated into the main build fit out design itself.
The finished build is a very contemporary structure, very pleasing upon the eye and incorporating everything that the client wanted. They were extremely happy with the service, skill and attention to detail which Atrium supplied to them.
