These work were to welcome staff back post COVID-19 to the City and St.Pauls.

We took two existing tea points and removed them to install one contemporary space. In the other we took away the wall shrouding the existing tea point to install another more open and inclusive area that staff could socialise in and enjoy beverages.

In other areas the existing dark wood panelling was refreshed with an over boarding of plasterboard and the plastering and decor is now a light and airy space that is pleasant to relax in. The removal of old storage has been capitalized to create a more open space and a lighter feel throughout.
